The appointment finishes, the customer walks to the desk, and the service is already on the screen facing them with the retail shampoo added. They see the total, the screen offers the tip, and nobody has to say the word out loud.
While the card is processing they are looking straight at a stand that asks for a review. They tap it, write two lines about the person who just cut their hair, and leave. Over a quarter, that is the difference between forty reviews and four.
