Who it’s for
Three kinds of business, three different problems. Pick the one that sounds like yours.
Cafés & bubble tea
Your line is twelve people deep at 8:40am and half of them are ordering the same three drinks. The person on the register is also the person making them.
A kiosk takes the repeat orders, labels print with the modifiers on them, and a review stand catches people while they wait for the drink.
Cafés & bubble tea →Restaurants
Orders reach the kitchen by shouting or by paper that goes missing, and you have 180 Google reviews with a 4.1 average that has not moved in a year.
Tickets print or appear on a screen with timers, the counter runs off one set of hardware, and review stands go on the tables that turn slowest.
Restaurants →Salons & retail
You take payment on a phone reader balanced on the desk, tips are awkward to ask for, and nobody who loved their cut ever writes it down anywhere.
A proper counter with a customer display asks for the tip instead of you, and a review stand at the desk turns a good haircut into a Google review the same hour.
Salons & retail →What we install
Five categories. Every price is on this site, and every install is done by us.
Reviews & reputation
Most people who liked your place never write a review, because asking them costs staff a conversation and costs the guest four steps on their phone. These stands remove both: the guest taps, the review page opens, and nobody has to explain anything. Every tap is counted, so you can see which table and which shift actually produce reviews.
See category →Counter & payments
A front counter is four pieces of hardware that have to agree with each other: the register, the card reader, the receipt printer and the cash drawer. Bought separately from three websites, they usually do not, and the person who suffers is whoever is working the lunch rush. We supply them as one set, wire them, load your menu, and stay until your staff have rung up a real order.
See category →Kitchen & signage
Orders that travel by shouting get lost, and menus printed on foam board are wrong the week after you raise a price. A kitchen printer or screen puts every ticket in front of the cooks in the order it was rung up, with a timer. A digital menu board puts your prices on a screen you can change from your phone in ten seconds.
See category →Self-order kiosk
Between noon and two, the queue is not limited by your kitchen — it is limited by how fast one person can take orders and payments. A kiosk adds a second order point that never calls in sick and never mishears a modifier. The guest builds the order themselves, pays by card, and the ticket prints in the kitchen the moment they finish.

Hardware is the easy half. The half that decides whether it still works in six months is who installed it, who answers when it stops, and whether your Google listing was ever filled in properly. We do the install ourselves, keep one WhatsApp number for support, and will set up the Google profile the review stands depend on.
See category →Why Niktrix
Four things that decide whether this works for you.
Same-day install
We keep stands, printers, tablets and readers in stock here in Miami, so the usual gap between deciding and working is hours, not the two weeks a distributor quotes.
Transparent prices
Every price we charge is on this website, including the monthly ones. There is no quote-only tier and no "call us" product.
No lock-in
Your Square or Stripe account is opened in your name with your bank details, and your Google profile stays owned by your Google account. Stop working with us and nothing switches off.
One WhatsApp for support
The number you message is answered by the people who installed your hardware, in English, Spanish or Russian. No ticket system, no tier one.
How an install works
From the first message to a working counter, usually inside three days.
- Day 0
1.You message us
A WhatsApp message with a photo of your counter is enough. We reply the same day with a rough number and the questions we actually need answered.
- Day 0–1
2.Site visit and quote
We come out, look at the counter, the power and the network, and send a fixed quote. Nothing in it is a placeholder we raise later.
- Day 1–3
3.Install
Scheduled around service, usually mid-morning or after three. We install, load your menu, test with real sales and train whoever is on shift.
- Day 3+
4.Support
You have our WhatsApp. Most things are fixed remotely in minutes; when they are not, we come back, and on the support plan a replacement goes in the same day.

Questions we get every week
The six that come up most. Twenty more on the FAQ page.
- Is same-day install real, or a slogan?
- Real for anything we hold in stock: review stands, printers, tablets, customer displays, counter kits. A kiosk or a menu board usually takes one to three days because of the screen and the menu design. If we cannot do it today we say so in the first message, not after you have paid.
- Is there a contract?
- No lock-in contract. Hardware is bought outright and it is yours. The monthly plans — kiosk software and support — are cancelled by telling us before the month ends, and nothing stops working that you own.
- We already have a POS. Can you work with it?
- Usually. Square, Stripe, Clover and Toast counters we support directly; anything else we check before you spend a dollar. If your system will not talk to a kitchen printer or a kiosk, we tell you that instead of selling you a workaround that breaks in a month.
- What do you charge on card payments?
- Nothing. Card fees are charged by Square or Stripe directly to you — currently about 2.6% plus 10c for an in-person tap or chip. We never sit between you and your money and we take no percentage of your sales.
- Will our older customers use a kiosk?
- Some will not, and the register stays open for them. In practice the kiosk absorbs the half of the queue that is comfortable with a phone, which is the half that builds up at noon. Nobody is forced to use it and no staff member is removed because of it.
- What languages do you support in?
- English, Spanish and Russian, on the phone and on WhatsApp, by the same people who did your install. Staff training on the day is done in whichever of the three your team actually works in.
Who you are dealing with
A small local crew, not a call centre.
Niktrix started because too many good restaurants in Miami were running on hardware nobody would come out and fix. A printer dies on a Friday night, the vendor is in another state, and the answer is a ticket number.
We sell the same equipment those vendors do, but we carry it locally, install it ourselves, and answer the phone afterwards. If we set it up, we know how it was wired and what it is connected to.
We work in English, Spanish and Russian, across Miami-Dade, mostly with owner-run places: cafés, bubble tea shops, fast casual restaurants, salons and small retail.
