How an install works

No surveys, no sales visits from head office. One person quotes it, the same people install it.

Day 0 · same hour

1. You message us

Most jobs start with a WhatsApp message and a photo of the counter. That photo answers half the questions we would otherwise have to ask: how much space there is, where the power is, what is already installed and how old it is.

What we do

  • Reply the same day, in English, Spanish or Russian.
  • Give you a rough number straight away, before any visit.
  • Say plainly if what you want will not work in your space.

What you do

  • Send a photo of the counter, kitchen pass or wall.
  • Tell us what you already have — POS, printer, internet.
  • Say when your quiet hours are.

Day 0–1

2. Site visit and fixed quote

For anything bigger than a set of review stands we come and look first. We check the counter depth, the outlets, where the router is and how strong the signal is at the kitchen pass, and whether the wall you want a screen on can actually hold one. Then you get a fixed quote, itemised, with the install included.

What we do

  • Measure the counter and check the power and network on site.
  • Tell you what we would not install and why.
  • Send a fixed, itemised quote — hardware and labour separated.

What you do

  • Give us 20 minutes with whoever knows the space.
  • Decide who signs off on where things go.
  • Ask about anything in the quote you do not recognise.

Day 1–2

3. Menu and account prep

The part that decides whether install day is two hours or six. We build your menu — categories, prices, modifiers, taxes — before we arrive, and open or connect whatever accounts the hardware needs, in your name. If you are having a menu board or a kiosk, you approve the design at this stage.

What we do

  • Build the menu from whatever you send us — PDF, photo or spreadsheet.
  • Open or connect Square, Stripe or Google in your name.
  • Send the menu board or kiosk design for approval.

What you do

  • Send the current menu with the prices you actually charge.
  • Have the bank details ready for the payment account.
  • Approve the design, or tell us what to change.

Day 1–3 · install day

4. Install day

We arrive in your quiet window with the hardware, the tools and the cable. Mounts go into something structural, cables run inside trunking instead of being taped to the counter, and every device is tested with a real sale before we call it done. You do not close, and we take the boxes with us.

What we do

  • Mount, cable and power everything, and tidy the cable run.
  • Load the menu, set taxes and tips, and connect the kitchen.
  • Run a real card sale and a refund, then train the shift on it.
  • Take away the packaging and any hardware we replaced.

What you do

  • Clear the counter or wall we agreed on.
  • Have someone on site who can answer questions.
  • Let us train whoever actually works the register, not only the manager.

Day 3 onwards

5. After the install

We check in at the end of the first week, because that is when the questions actually arrive — after your staff have used it through a real weekend. From then on you have a WhatsApp number that reaches the people who installed your counter, and a dashboard that shows whether the review stands are being used.

What we do

  • Check in after the first weekend and fix whatever came up.
  • Answer on WhatsApp during service hours, in three languages.
  • On the support plan: same-day replacement from local stock.

What you do

  • Tell us what your staff are complaining about — that is the useful feedback.
  • Look at the tap dashboard after two weeks and move the stands.
  • Message us before you buy anything else, even if you buy it elsewhere.

Tell us what you need

Send the form or message us on WhatsApp. We answer the same day.
