Overview
A weighted counter stand with an NFC tag inside and a printed QR on the face. The guest holds their phone near the top of the stand, or scans the QR with the camera, and the phone opens your Google review page. No app, no typing, nothing for your staff to explain.
What changes is when the review gets asked for. Instead of hoping someone writes one at home three days later, the ask happens while they are still at the table and still in a good mood. Every tap is logged, so after two weeks you can see which position in the room actually produces reviews and move the stands accordingly.

What we do on site
We place the stands where guests actually pause — the register, the pickup counter, the tables that turn slowest — write the tag, test it on both an iPhone and an Android, and give your staff the one sentence they say when they hand over the check.
How long it takes
About 30 minutes for three stands, including the tests.
What you need to prepare
A Google Business Profile that is claimed and verified. If you do not have one, we can set it up first — it takes two to three days because Google has to verify you.
Questions about this product
- Does the guest need an app?
- No. NFC opens straight in the phone browser, and the printed QR covers any phone that does not do NFC or has it switched off.
- Can it point somewhere other than Google?
- Yes. TripAdvisor, Yelp, your own booking page — it is one link, and we can change it for you any time without touching the stands.
- What stops staff from tapping it themselves?
- Nothing technical, but the dashboard shows taps by hour and by stand. Forty taps at 11pm on one stand is obvious, and Google filters reviews from the same device anyway.
