Overview
Google has a listing for your business whether you created it or not. We claim it in your name, verify it, and fill in the parts that decide whether people walking past find you: hours, categories, menu, service options and photos that are not blurry.
It also produces the short review link the stands use. Without a claimed profile the review stand has nothing sensible to open, and the reviews you do get are attached to a listing you cannot reply to.

What we do on site
Mostly remote, but we come in once to take the basic photos, check the address pin actually lands on your door, and confirm the hours with whoever runs the floor.
How long it takes
2–3 days of our work; Google’s verification can add a week if they send a postcard.
What you need to prepare
Your legal business name and address as they appear on your licence, your opening hours, and access to a phone or email at the business for verification.
Questions about this product
- Someone else already claimed our listing. Now what?
- It happens a lot with old agencies and previous owners. Google has a transfer request process; we run it for you. It takes longer — usually one to two weeks — but it almost always ends with you owning the listing.
- Will this get us more reviews on its own?
- No. It makes you findable and gives the stands something to open. The reviews come from asking guests at the right moment, which is what the stands are for.
- Do you keep access afterwards?
- Only as a manager, and only so we can fix hours or a menu link when you ask. You are the owner, and you can remove us in two clicks without asking us first.
