Overview
Fifty double-sided laminated cards, designed by us, with a QR that opens your menu on the guest’s phone. They stand on the table or sit in a holder at the counter, and they survive being wiped down every day.
The reason to run the menu through a QR is price changes. When beef goes up you change one line on the online menu and every card in the room is correct, instead of reprinting a hundred paper menus and finding the old ones still in circulation a month later.
What’s included
- 50 laminated cards
- Menu design included
- QR points to your online menu
- Change prices without reprinting
Best for: Menus with prices that change.
How it works
- 1
Send us your current menu in any form — a PDF, a photo, a spreadsheet.
- 2
We lay out the online menu and the card design, and send you both to approve.
- 3
The cards are printed, laminated and delivered, and we put them out with you.
- 4
When a price changes, message us and it is live in minutes; the cards do not change.

What we do on site
We bring the cards, check the QR opens correctly on a phone that has never seen your menu, and put a card on every table with you so the placement matches how you seat people.
How long it takes
3–5 business days to print; about 20 minutes to place.
What you need to prepare
Your menu with current prices, your logo if you have one, and a decision on whether the QR goes to the menu, your reviews, or both.
Questions about this product
- Do you host the menu, or do I need a website?
- You do not need a website. If you have one, the QR points at it. If you do not, we host a plain menu page for you and keep it updated as part of the support plan.
- Can guests still get a paper menu?
- Yes, and you should keep a few. Most places keep five or six printed menus behind the counter for guests who prefer paper, and put the cards on every table.
- How many cards do I actually need?
- One per table plus about 30% spare, because they walk off. For a 20-table room, 50 is about right for the first year.
