Overview
Everything the front counter needs as one set: a swivel stand for your iPad, a thermal receipt printer, a cash drawer that opens when a cash sale is rung, and a card reader. We open or connect the Square account, load your menu with prices and modifiers, and wire it so the four pieces behave as one till.
The difference between this and buying the same boxes online is the two hours after they are plugged in. Your categories match how your staff think about the menu, the drawer actually opens, the printer prints, and the person who set it up is the person you call when it stops.

Install & support
What we do on site
We set up the hardware, open or connect your Square account, build the menu with your categories and modifiers, set tax, print test tickets, run a real card sale and refund it, and train whoever is on shift.
How long it takes
2–3 hours, usually done between lunch and dinner service.
What you need to prepare
Your menu with prices, a business email address, and the bank details Square will pay out to. If you already have Square, we need the login rather than the password reset later.
Questions about this product
- Do I have to use Square?
- No. Square is what most small places here already have and it is the fastest to open. We also set up Stripe or Clover; the hardware is the same and the account is always in your name.
- What are the card fees?
- Whatever Square charges you directly — currently around 2.6% plus 10c in person. We take nothing from your sales and never touch your payouts.
- Can you connect it to my existing printer or drawer?
- Usually yes, if the printer is a standard 80 mm thermal and the drawer has an RJ-11 port. We check before you buy anything; if it will not work we say so rather than sell you a workaround.
