Overview

A 15–18 inch touchscreen on a counter pedestal running our ordering software, with a card reader underneath and your menu, photos and modifiers on screen. The guest builds the order, pays by card, and the ticket prints or appears in the kitchen immediately.

A kiosk does not replace your counter staff; it takes the simple orders off them so they can handle the complicated ones and the pickup queue. Average order size usually goes up as well, because a screen offers the extra shot or the second topping every single time without sounding pushy.

What’s included

  • 15–18" touchscreen on a counter mount
  • Your menu and branding
  • Card payments built in
  • Orders sent to your kitchen printer or screen
  • Installed, tested and staff walked through it

Best for: Counters with a lunch rush and one register.

How it works

  1. 1

The guest walks up, picks a category and builds the order with modifiers and photos.

  2. 2

The kiosk asks the upsell questions you choose — extra shot, size, side.

  3. 3

They pay by card at the kiosk; the receipt prints or goes to their phone.

  4. 4

The ticket appears in the kitchen with an order number the guest watches for.

What we do on site

We place the kiosk where the queue forms without blocking the pickup side, fix and cable it, load your full menu with photos and modifiers, connect payments and the kitchen, then run test orders and stand with your staff through the first real ones.

How long it takes

Half a day on site; 1–3 days from order, depending on stock.

What you need to prepare

Your full menu with modifiers and prices, photos if you have them, a payment account, and a dedicated outlet. If you want the kiosk bolted down, we agree the spot on the site visit first.

Questions about this product

Will older guests use it?
Some will not, and that is fine — the register stays open. In practice the kiosk takes the phone-comfortable half of the queue, which is exactly the half that clogs the counter at noon.
Can it take cash?
No. Cash kiosks add a cash recycler and roughly triple the price, so cash orders stay at the counter. Almost every venue we install runs the kiosk card-only and keeps one cash register.
What if the menu changes every week?
You edit it yourself in the same place you edit the menu board, or the support plan covers us doing it. Changes reach the kiosk in under a minute.
