The guest waits at a table, not at your counter.
A text when the order is paid and another when it is ready, with the review link on the receipt. At closing, the day’s summary arrives on your phone without anyone asking for it.
One eveningSaturday, 1 pm
- 1Five people stand at the counter watching the pass, blocking the line behind them.
- 2Two of them ask whether number 42 is ready. It is not.
- 3At ten that night you still do not know what the day did.
The same counter.Two different evenings.
Before
- Everyone waits where the orders come out, because that is the only way to know.
- The counter answers the same question forty times a shift.
- You find out how the day went when you get there.
After
- The guest gets a text with their number and sits down.
- A second text says it is ready, and the counter is free for the next order.
- At closing your phone has the day: sales, orders, top item, tips, cash difference.
Four steps.Nothing for you to do.
- 1
Paid
The guest leaves a phone number if they want one — it is always skippable — and gets their order number by text.
- 2
Ready
When the kitchen marks it done, the second text goes out. Nobody has to shout a number across the room.
- 3
And the review
The receipt text carries your Google review link, so the ask arrives while the coffee is still good.
- 4
And your evening
At the venue’s closing hour, the day’s summary arrives on WhatsApp or SMS, whichever you prefer.
This is the screen. Not a picture of one.

Messages come with the monthly fee on any bundle that has one. The texts themselves are carried by your own Twilio number, billed at cost.
What owners askbefore they say yes.
- Is a phone number required?
- Never. The kiosk asks and the guest can skip it in one tap; the order number on the screen and the queue TV work either way.
- Whose number do the texts come from?
- Yours. We set up a number in your business name, and the guest can reply to it — the replies reach you, not us.
- Will you text my guests anything else?
- No. Order messages only, unless the guest asks for more. Nobody is added to a marketing list by ordering a coffee.
- What does a text cost?
- Cents, and it is billed by Twilio to your own account at their rate. We do not mark it up.
- Can I get the summary on WhatsApp instead?
- Yes, that is what most owners pick. Same message, same time, whichever you prefer.
