03 — How it works

    It prints itself

    Paid at the kiosk, the register or a QR code — the ticket comes out in the kitchen the same second, with every option.

  2. 2

    The screen keeps the order

    Orders queue oldest first with a timer running. One tap marks a ticket done and it leaves the screen.

  3. 3

    The TV calls it

    Numbers move from cooking to ready on any TV with an HDMI input, and the guest can get a text instead of standing there.

08 — Questions

What owners askbefore they say yes.

Do I need all three?
No. Most counters start with the printer, because paper works when a screen is greasy or the power blinks. The screen and the TV come later, when the line is long enough to need them.
Can I use the TV I already have?
Yes, if it has an HDMI input. We bring the small player that drives it and mount it out of the way on install day.
What if the printer jams mid-rush?
The order is still on the screen and in the app, so nothing is lost. Message the one WhatsApp number and we walk you through it, or swap the printer under warranty.
Does it work with my current register?
The kitchen reads orders from our kiosk, our register and our QR page. If you are staying on Square or Toast, the kiosk beside it is what feeds the kitchen.
How long does it take to install?
It rides along with whatever else we are fitting that day. On its own, about an hour for the printer and the screen, plus the cable run to the TV.
