02 — What changes

  • One tap counts the visit, and the guest sees how many they have.
  • The reward is automatic on the tenth, whoever is at the counter.

Loyalty runs on the review stands you already have, on our software, and we set it up on the visit. Tell us on WhatsApp what you want to reward and we will price it the same day — it is not a box, so it is not on the price list.

Does my guest need an app?
No. The tap opens a web page with their card on it. They can keep it on the home screen if they want, but nothing is installed.
Can I run it without the register?
Yes, the same way the review stands work with any register. The reward is then applied by whoever is at the counter rather than automatically.
What stops someone tapping ten times?
One visit counts once a day, and the counter can see the card on the register before the reward goes out.
Can I text my regulars?
Only the ones who ask for it, and only about their order. We set the wording with you; nobody is added to a list without tapping for it.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because it is not a box. It runs on stands you already have and it is set up during the visit, so we quote it with the rest of your setup the same day you ask.
