- Do I have to get rid of my register?
- No. The kiosk stands beside whatever you have — Square, Clover, Toast or a drawer — with its own card reader and its own kitchen printer. Plenty of our venues keep their old register for cash and let the kiosk take the cards.
- How long does the install take?
- About two hours, in one visit, around your opening hours. We place it where the line forms without blocking pickup, load your menu with its options, connect the reader and the printer, and run test orders with your staff before we leave.
- What if my guests do not speak English?
- The kiosk asks in English, Spanish and Russian, and the guest picks in the first three seconds. Your menu is written once per language when we load it — we translate it with you on install day.
- What happens if it breaks?
- You message the one WhatsApp number. We fix it remotely or come out, and while yours is being repaired we bring a loaner so you keep selling. The hardware carries a 12-month warranty.
- Can I change prices myself?
- Yes, from your phone, and the change is on the kiosk before you put the phone down. Marking something sold out is one tap and hides it from every screen at once.
