03 — How it works

    Ring it up

    Tap the item, answer its options, take cash or card. Each person signs in with their own PIN.

  2. 2

    The drawer opens when it should

    Cash sales open the drawer and go into the same total as the cards. A void or a refund asks for the manager PIN if you set it that way.

  3. 3

    The kitchen hears nothing

    The ticket prints behind the counter with every option on it, so nobody shouts an order across the room.

    You read it from anywhere

    Today’s takings, by hour and by person, on your phone. The same numbers at the counter and at home.

The $1,499 is the installed price: the hardware, the install, the menu, the training and the Reviews bundle. The hardware is yours, with a 12-month warranty, and a loaner covers you while yours is repaired. Half up front to order it, the rest when it works.

What owners askbefore they say yes.

Can I keep taking cash?
Yes. The drawer comes with it, cash sales open it, and cash and cards end up in the same day’s total instead of two separate stories.
What if the internet goes down?
You keep selling. Card payments need the line, so those wait, but the register keeps taking cash and printing tickets, and everything syncs when the connection comes back.
Who can void a sale?
Whoever you say. Each person has their own PIN, and you choose which actions ask for the manager PIN first: voids, refunds, discounts over a limit, changing a payment.
Do I have to change my menu?
No. We load what you already sell, with the options you already ask about — sugar, size, to stay or to go — on install day, and you can change any of it from your phone afterwards.
Is the hardware mine?
Yours from day one, with a 12-month warranty, and it stays yours if you stop paying the monthly fee. Half the price up front orders it, the rest is due when it is working at your counter.
