What a self-order kiosk costs installed

Most quotes for a kiosk are a hardware price plus an install quote plus a software subscription, and the three arrive at different times. Ours is one number: $1,899 installed, then $99 a month.

What the installed price covers

The 15.6" kiosk, the Stripe card reader, the kitchen printer, the mounting, the cabling, your menu loaded with its options in every language you sell in, training for your staff, and the three review stands with your Google profile set up. Half up front orders the hardware; the rest is due when it is working at your counter.

What the monthly covers

The software and its updates, menu changes whenever you want them, support on one WhatsApp number in English, Spanish and Russian, a loaner while yours is being repaired, and a monthly report. No contract: cancel any month and the hardware stays yours.

What is not in it

Card processing is separate, because it is a rate rather than a price: 3.25% + 15¢ per card payment, or $0 processing if you add a surcharge on credit cards, which we set up with you on install day.

The three things people add later

A kitchen screen, when the printer alone stops being enough. An "order ready" screen on a TV, when guests start crowding the pickup end. And a second kiosk, which on a Friday night pays for itself faster than anything else on the list. Each is priced on our pricing page and none of them requires taking the first one out.

How to compare it with a cheaper quote

Ask three questions of any number you are given. Does it include someone coming to install it and train the staff? Does it include the menu being loaded, in your languages? And what happens in month two when a price changes and the printer jams — who answers, in what language, and how fast?
