What your guests see
A guest orders at the counter. Your cashier taps the items on the tablet, the guest taps their card on the reader, and the receipt prints. The ticket prints in the kitchen at the same moment, with every modifier on it.

What we do on site
We set up the tablet, reader, printers and drawer, load your menu with modifiers, set sales tax and tips, create the staff logins, run a real card sale and refund it, place the three review stands, and train whoever is on shift for an hour.
How long it takes
About three hours, in one visit, usually between lunch and dinner.

- Do I need Square or Toast?
- No. The register runs our own app, and card payments go through Stripe straight to your bank. It replaces your current register.
- What are the card fees?
- 3.25% + 15¢ per card payment. Stripe pays it into your bank in 2 days, and Niktrix never holds the money. Or ask about the $0 processing option: a surcharge on credit cards (debit cards stay at the standard rate).
- Is there a contract, and what if it breaks?
- No contract — cancel any month, and the hardware stays yours. The $79 a month covers software, updates, menu changes, support on one WhatsApp number and a loaner while yours is repaired.
