Bring them back
The guest who liked it says so in public, and comes back.
Where it goes wrong
The people who love the place say it to your cashier and never online, and nothing counts the ones who come every day.
What changes
A stand by the door asks for the review, and we send you the count of every tap.
What does it
Thursday, on the way out
One evening, step by step
A regular tells your cashier the colada is the best in Hialeah.
She taps the stand by the door and writes it where it counts.
Her tap is counted, and you see it in the numbers we send you.
