Self-order kiosk in Brickell
Brickell’s lunch rush is a narrow window between meetings, and the people in line are on their phones while they wait anyway. A self-order screen lets them order at your counter the same way and pick up when their number is called.
Customers order on a screen in English, Spanish or Russian, pick every option and see their order number. The order goes to your staff on a phone or tablet, and customers pay at the counter as they do now. In Brickell we set it up for cafés and lunch spots in office lobbies, and the med spas, salons and fitness studios in the towers.
The kiosk is hardware, quoted after we see your counter.
